api-keys:create - issues an API key owned by the acting user (--user=) and prints the secret once. ApiKeyService enforces the same rules as the web form: API enabled, api_manage_keys or ueberuser, and api.max_keys_per_user.

zone:list - the zones the actor may view, one row per zone.

zone:show <id|name> - the records of one zone, one row per record, in the order the web zone editor shows them. The actor needs the same view permission as for opening the zone in the browser; a refusal exits 1.
