Handles the add-record form for a zone: checks edit rights, validates the record and saves one or several rows.

Handles the batch PTR form: creates PTR records for an IPv4 or IPv6 network, optionally with forward records.

Handles the bulk add-records form for a zone: parses one record per line and saves them as one changeset.

Handles the delete-record confirmation page and removes the record, plus its PTR counterpart when ticked.
